The GITTON family cultivates 7.5 hectares of Pouilly vineyard. They are spread over kimmeridgien marls and clayey-limestone soils, and the two are vinified seperately in order to conserve the originality, the distinctive nature and the character of the "blanc fumé" at its very best.
