An international economist at Shell, then at Butagaz, he became a banker at ING, then president of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange and vice president of the biggest stock exchanges in Europe. But once he became an enologist, his destiny caught up with him.&nbsp; He acquired a domaine in Touraine, and everything really got going \u2026 when he became the owner of Fournier, the coveted terroir which pulls the others along!
