He’s “the man in the knitted cap”, an example of stubbornness, intelligence and daring. Those were all needed to build a vineyard from scratch where no-one expected one. Starting out as an employee, with nothing, he invested his savings in a few vines and, with his brother and Magali, he took the plunge. They created a wine business selling only their vineyard’s production. Someone had to think of it. It works!
