Patrice Bailly is an unassuming type. Except when he goes into teaching mode, overcomes his reticence, and speaks of his wine. Then he becomes unstoppable. Alone in his winery, in osmosis with his wines, his goals come to their best fruition; and then he admires the sunset on the Loire at the foot of the Sancerre hill.
